Intuitive Eating Workshop

… Ditch That Diet!

Intuitive eating is an approach that teaches you how to create a healthy relationship with your food, mind and body. You learn how to distinguish between physical and emotional feelings and gain a sense of body wisdom as you reject the diet mentality.

Take the focus off the scale & on to how you feel.

Come ready to rediscover the pleasure of eating and practice your mindful eating skills!

This class is being held in the Intervale Room which is located in the Outpatient Physical Therapy, 2nd floor. This is not in the main building, but just past the main entrance (northbound). Please park/enter behind building.
