Join yoga instructor Renee Bernier-Innes in this mindful yet renewing class.
The best way to practice yoga is with a beginners mind; a blank slate, with no expectations, no judgments, and a willingness to surrender.
In Gentle Flow we will begin with warming up the body, and then mindfully move through a mix of standing and seated poses, focusing on the mind / body connection and awareness of the breath.
We end with cooling supine poses and resting in savasana.Everything can be modified to work for your body so that the practice meets you right where you are.
Students will leave the class relaxed, rejuvenated and centered.
Class will be held on Thursdays from 5:30-6:45pm , Mar 5 - Apr 9
